  • Recovery isn't linear, and this planner understands that. If you experience a setback, you can pick up where you left off or start fresh—whatever feels right for you. The relapse prevention section helps you learn from challenges and move forward with compassion.

  • Absolutely! Many people use Sober Agenda as a reset tool or to deepen their existing recovery practice. The structure, CBT tools, and boundary work are valuable at any stage.

  • Sober Agenda is secular and evidence-based, focusing on CBT principles and practical life skills. You're welcome to incorporate your own spiritual practices if that's part of your journey, but nothing here requires any specific belief system.

  • This planner is A5 size (5.8” x 8.3”) It's designed to be portable enough for daily use while having enough space to actually write comfortably.

  • There are no dates on the daily pages—just "Day 1, Day 2," etc. Go at your own pace. If you miss a day, just continue where you left off. This is about progress, not perfection.
